Theresa joined the Flair Financial team in 2026 and brings with her 30 years of accounting experience spanning real estate, construction, manufacturing, and engineering.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Known for her sharp attention to detail and unrelenting tenacity, Theresa brings a rigorous, no stone unturned approach to every financial challenge.
When she's not crunching numbers, Theresa can be found playing cozy financial simulation games, agility training her two-kilogram Chihuahua, or dominating the competition at Monopoly.
